Delivery and Setup Services
Please Read: Important Information about your On Order Status, Furniture Delivery, Drop Off Delivery and Customer Pick Up.
We sincerely appreciate your recent furniture purchase with us at decor 4 kids. To help things go smoothly for you, on the arrival of your furniture, please read the following:
Your furniture order has been quoted _______ weeks, in which it will arrive in our warehouse.
Order Status –If you have not received a phone call regarding your furniture, with in the time frame quoted, please do not call the store. Our sales staff only has status on your order, once it has been checked in our warehouse. Please email our logistics manager at bslaven_decor4kids@yahoo.com. He will respond within 48 hours.
Deliveries – This service includes unboxing, assembling and placing your furniture in a specified room. This is done by two
of our very experienced personnel. Once we receive your order complete, you will be contacted by our logistics manager, to schedule your delivery. This could take up to one week, at the most, to find a convenient time for you. We schedule our deliveries on Tuesday thru Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After our logistics manager contacts you, please converse with him by his email or cell phone, that he will give you when he calls.
Please do not contact the store, as the sales personnel, do not have any information regarding your delivery.
Drop off– This service is for our customers that may not want our full delivery service but do not have the means to pick up, in their own vehicle. Once your order arrives complete, our logistics manager will call to schedule a time, to drop it off. Our delivery person will place the product, in your garage. This service does not include taking any items into the house. The boxes are sometimes dirty and need to be placed, in the garage.
Pick Up – If you have chosen to pick up your furniture, from our warehouse, please pick up during the following hours:
Wednesday 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Thursday 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM – NOON
Sunday 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
You will be called when your order arrives. If possible, please take this time to make pick-up arrangements. If you have made a purchase, of in-stock furniture, please pick up, at the above times. Please be sure to come with any strapping or packing materials, you might need. If you need carton dimensions, please send an email to our logistics manager, to obtain these measurements. When you are ready to pick up, please contact us 24 hours in advance, so we can have your items staged and ready to go.
